We built the tool we wished existed for our own family — then decided every family deserves it too.
How it started
Wicked Smart HQ began as a personal project. We were a busy family juggling school schedules, grocery runs, bill due dates, and a growing recipe collection scattered across bookmarks, screenshots, and sticky notes. We tried every productivity app on the market, but none of them understood that a household is not a solo operation — it is a team effort.
So we built our own tool. A single place where every family member could see the schedule, check off tasks, add items to the shopping list, and plan meals for the week. What started as a weekend project grew into something we relied on every single day — and we realized other families could benefit from it too.
